Hello, I'm Jessica!

I'm the owner of Utopia Massage Therapy and Crystal Healing. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Advanced Crystal Practitioner, I specialize in helping female empaths and HSP's (highly-sensitive persons) return to a state of physical, emotional/mental, and spiritual balance. My heart-centered services, whether massage, energy healing, or a combination of the two, assist with management of the following issues: muscular tension, stress, overwhelm, burnout, headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and more.

My massage style is best described as an intuitive, medium-pressure Swedish that promotes deep relaxation, nourishes the mind/body/spirit connection, and may include cupping, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy. I firmly believe that massage, while inherently physical, can be part of an “emotional wellness toolkit."
