


What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without communication ("no-show"), will be charged the full session fee.
To support a peaceful and unhurried experience, plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please notify me via phone call or text as soon as possible. Understand that arriving late will shorten the hands-on portion of your session, and you will still be responsible for the full session fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service and is based on the agreed-upon session length and rate. Accepted payment methods include:

Please note: As a small business, Utopia incurs a processing fee for each credit/debit transaction. Alternative methods such as cash or check are appreciated when possible. Insufficient checks will incur a $25 fee.
Do you accept male clients?
I accept male clients by referral only. If you are a male and have been referred to me, please contact me after requesting an appointment online and indicate who referred you. Failure to do so will result in your appointment request being denied.
Do you massage minors?
Yes, as long as I have both the minor's signature and a parent's/guardian's signature on file. Minors under the age of 13 are required to have a parent/guardian in the treatment room during sessions.
What are your cleaning and sanitation procedures?
I clean and sanitize all equipment and common surfaces with an industrial-grade disinfectant between each client. This includes the massage table, hot towel tray, doorknobs, reception counter, credit/debit card reader, my massage stool, and any tools I may have used during your session (cups, crystals, etc.). Additionally, I have a HEPA air purifier with UV light running constantly. Other cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc.) is completed weekly and as-needed.
I would like to purchase a gift certificate. How do I do that?
Gift certificates are available for purchase online, in-person, or over the phone. To purchase online, simply click the button below that says "Buy Gift Certificate." Gift certificates may be purchased by the service or the amount. If you'd like to add gratuity on behalf of your recipient, you must purchase the gift certificate by the dollar amount (not by the service). Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
