What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full session fee.
What should I know about arrival and late appointments?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a calm and unhurried start. If you are running late, please send a text or call as soon as possible. Late arrivals will shorten the hands-on portion of the session, and the full session fee will still apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include cash, check, and credit or debit card. Please note that card payments include standard processing fees. Returned or insufficient checks will incur a $25 fee.
Do you accept male clients?
Male clients are accepted by referral only. After submitting an appointment request, please send a text or email with the name of the person who referred you. Appointment requests without a confirmed referral will not be accepted.
Do you work with minors?
Yes. Sessions for minors require consent from a parent or legal guardian. For clients under 13, a parent or guardian must remain in the room during the session.
What are your cleaning and sanitation procedures?
All treatment equipment and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between each client. This includes the massage table, tools, and common contact areas. Air purification is used continuously in the treatment space.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online, in person, or by phone. They are available by service or dollar amount. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
