My Chakra Balancing and Custom Crystal Healing services are available both in person and at a distance. While the methods used differ slightly from their in-person counterparts, the intention remains the same: to identify areas of energetic imbalance, encourage healthy flow, and provide insight into patterns that may be affecting your energy.

Many clients seek energy work during times of stress, transition, emotional overwhelm, or when feeling stuck and disconnected. Others simply enjoy incorporating it into their regular self-care practice. Every session is approached with care, intention, and the understanding that no two people experience energy in exactly the same way.

Distance Chakra Balancing

Using a cloth representation of the body and its seven chakra centers, this session begins with a pendulum assessment to identify areas of imbalance within the chakra system. Intuitively selected crystals and focused intention and visualization techniques are then used to clear stagnation, strengthen depleted areas, and encourage greater harmony throughout the system.

You are welcome to spend the time of your session meditating, resting, journaling, or engaging in any practice that helps you feel connected and receptive. Participation is not required, and many clients simply continue with their normal daily activities while the session takes place.

Following your session, you will receive a personalized written summary outlining the condition of each chakra, the crystals used during the session, key findings, and recommendations for continued energetic support and maintenance.

Using a cloth representation of the body, this session utilizes a personalized arrangement of crystals selected intuitively to support your unique energetic needs at the time of service. With focused intention and energetic attunement, healing energy is directed through the crystals to address areas of stagnation, support energetic balance, and encourage a greater sense of clarity and flow.

Following your session, you will receive a personalized written summary outlining the crystals used, key findings, intuitive impressions received during the session, and recommendations for continued energetic support and integration.

For energetic assistance with one primary concern, I recommend booking a 60-minute session. If you would like support with two separate concerns or areas of focus, a 90-minute session is recommended.

Experience a personalized one-on-one crystal consultation from the comfort of your home via Google Meet. During our 30-minute video session, we'll explore your intentions, current challenges, and the areas of your life where you're seeking greater support.

Drawing on intuition, our conversation, and the unique energetic properties of crystals, I'll recommend stones that best align with your individual needs and intentions. Together, we'll discuss why each crystal was chosen, how they may support your goals, and practical ways to incorporate them into your daily life.

You'll also receive guidance on crystal care, including how to cleanse, program, and work with your crystals so you can build a meaningful connection with them.

How do I know which service to choose?

Distance Chakra Balancing follows a structured approach that works through the seven chakra centers to identify and address areas of imbalance. Distance Custom Crystal Healing is more intuitive and focused, using a personalized crystal layout based on a specific concern, intention, or area of support. If you’re unsure, either option is appropriate—each session is designed to meet you where you are.

Can I book if I live outside of Wisconsin?

Yes. Distance sessions are available regardless of location. All that’s needed is an internet connection for booking and receiving your written summary after the session.

Do I need to be available during my appointment time?

No. Your selected time simply reserves space for the session to be performed. You do not need to be present or adjust your schedule.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare?

Nothing is required. Some clients choose to spend the time resting, journaling, or meditating, but you are also welcome to continue with your normal day.

How often should I book a session?

This depends entirely on your needs. Some clients book occasionally as a reset, while others incorporate sessions more regularly as part of their personal support practices.

Will I receive information after my session?

Yes. A written summary will be sent to you via email within one business day after your session, including key findings, the crystals used, and recommendations for continued support.

What might I feel during or after a session?

Experiences vary from person to person. Some clients notice a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, or mental clarity during or after a session. Others describe feeling subtle energetic shifts, warmth, or a general sense of ease in the hours or days that follow. It is also completely normal to have no distinct physical sensations at all.

Do I need to believe in energy work for it to be effective?
